What is creative movement?
Children are introduced to dance through movement games, images, stories and music. Students explore all that their bodies can do and discover "dance steps" of their own imaginations. These classes are a great preparation for any dance technique class.

What is modern dance?
Our modern dance classes mix traditional technique to develop strength, coordination and flexibility with an emphasis on nurturing the dancers' creative skills through improvisation and composition. Through dance, our students develop a sense of themselves as movers and as thinkers.

What is Boys Get Movin'?
Boys Get Movin' is a dance class just for boys, taught by a male instructor, where students can engage in exciting full-bodied movement. With a bunch of rambunctious boys jumping, running, playing games and goofing, throw in some creativity, brain-building, a sprinkle of dance technique, and Yoga, it is a class so fun, you might just forget it's a dance class.
